**NO NATIONAL LEVEL WRESTLERS ALLOWED IN CLUB/REC DIVISION**

AGE GROUPS

K-3 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

  • open to grades K-3

  •  NO 4th GRADERS in K-3 regardless of age 

  • MAXIMUM is 3rd Grade, NO 4th GRADERS!

  • Must show proof of grade if challenged by opposing coach.

​K-6 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

  • open to grades 6 and under 

  • NO 7th GRADERS in ELEMENTARY K- 6 regardless of age 

  • MAXIMUM ELEMENTARY K-6 Age 12 years old as of 12/31/2024

  • Must show proof of age and grade if challenged by opposing coach. ​

MIDDLE SCHOOL

  • open to grades 4th – 8th

  • MAXIMUM MS Age 15 years old as of 12/31/2024

NOTE: Coaches MUST bring proof of wrestler’s age and grade! Copy or Photo of Birth Certificate and Report Card.  Coach or Team Official is responsible for pre-entry of their own team roster into tournament database. A link will be provided to each team in advance of the tournament for the purpose of entering their roster.

  • (12 weights): 47, 54, 61, 68, 75, 82, 89, 96, 103, 112, 120, 128, 135, 145

Bout Times:

  • MS , ES and Girls Folkstyle Divisions: 1.5-1.5-1.5

  • K-3 Division: 1-1-1

  • Girls Freestyle Division: 2-2


*Elementary wrestlers MAY wrestle for BOTH an Elementary and a Middle school team.  

*K-3 Wrestlers May wrestle in multiple divisions. However this cannot hold up dual meets! 

*There will be an “extra wrestlers draft” at the coaches meeting. Wrestlers who are placed on another team MUST wrestle for the new team for the entire tournament. No swapping back and forth between teams after the draft!
